Exchange Firmware v1.1

Exchange Firmware v1.1 is now available for download from the Exchange page.

This release includes:

A bug fix to using Exchange with some USB hubs,
MIDI note messages can now be used to control input-output connections and input modes allowing direct MIDI control of patching,
A MIDI Program Change message can be optionally transmitted over USB MIDI from a preset change,
New MIDI utilities: MIDI monitor and MIDI USB-bus thru modes.
